UMass Dining is committed to the health & safety of our students, faculty and staff. We are following guidelines set by our local, state and national health officials; we routinely monitor our dining facilities; we have implemented additional sanitation measures to ensure customer safety; and we are in constant contact with the campus community.

MEAL PLAN UPDATES

  • All students who have not used their meal plans since March 22 will automatically receive a partial reimbursement for their meal plan during the month of April.  You do not need to do anything to receive your reimbursement. Please see details on the Bursar’s Office website https://www.umass.edu/bursar/cost-adjustments-spring-2020-faqs.
  • Additionally, students on an Off-Campus meal plan who have USED their meal plan AFTER March 22, can request a partial reimbursement by contacting the Meal Plan Office [email protected] by end of day April 3rd.  We need for you to contact us because many students have asked to remain on their Off-Campus meal plan through the end of the semester.
