GRANNY’S COBBLER

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Have a cas- serole dish ready.
2. Pour the buter into the casserole dish. Add the fruit.
3. In a separate bowl, add the lour, sugar and milk and sir to combine. Pour the bater over the fruit and bake for 1 hour or unil the top
is golden brown and the bater is cooked through.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) unsalted buter, melted
2 cups fresh or frozen fruit such as
diced fresh peaches or fresh or frozen berries
1 cup self-rising lour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup nonfat milk
