PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Have a deep casserole dish ready.
2. Pour the peaches and syrup into the baking dish. Sprinkle the cake mix and cinnamon over the top and mix gently with a rubber spatula. Do not thoroughly mix everything together. If the container is too full to sir, divide the mixture between two 9- by 13-inch baking dishes.
3. Sprinkle the sugar on top and driz- zle the buter over the sugar. Bake unil the top is golden brown and the cobbler is cooked through, 55 to 65 minutes.
Serves 12
6 cups sliced canned peaches in heavy syrup
20 ounces Gold Medal Yellow Cake Mix
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (16 tablespoons) unsalted buter, melted
