BBQ MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Oil a large roasing pan with deep sides.
2. In a large bowl, add the beef, bread- crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder and eggs. Using your hands, mix the ingredients unil well combined.
3. Form the meat into 1-inch balls and place in the prepared roasing pan.
4. To make the sauce, in a bowl, com- bine the barbecue and wing sauces. Pour the sauce over the meatballs unil they are thoroughly covered. Bake unil the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are tender.
Serves 6 to 8
Meatballs: 2 pounds lean ground beef 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Sauce: 40 ounces honey barbecue sauce
18 ounces Texas Pete Fiery Wing Sauce
