INGREDIENTS Serves 6
6 (3- to 4-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1⁄3 cup white wine
1 cup garlic-onion croutons, crushed
1⁄3 cup (5 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer. Cover each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the soup and wine. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
4. Sprinkle the croutons evenly over the chicken pieces and drizzle with butter.
5. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the croutons are crisp and golden, about 1 hour.
