Worlds Best Granola

INGREDIENTS
Makes X
5cups oatmeal
1 1⁄2 cups wheat germ
1 1⁄2 cups bran ( wheat or oat)
1 cup soy flour
1 cup NON instant milk powder ( found at Whole Foods or similar market)
The following ingredients are optional according to your tastes:
1cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut
1cup sesame seeds 1cup sunflower seeds Vanilla bean Cinnamon
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large roasting pan combine and mix all dry ingredients.
3. Make a well in the center, add 1 cup oil (your choice) and 1 cup pure maple syrup or honey. Mix well until dry ingredients are moist.
4. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan. Bake until the center springs back when pressed or a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes
out clean, 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve with whipped cream cheese, if desired.
5. Place in oven & stir every 15 minutes until golden brown. Approximately 1-1 1⁄2 hrs. Remove & cool.
(Remember to remove vanilla bean)
Additional optional ingredients can be added once cooled.
Dried fruits such as raisins , crasins, banana chips, apples chips, chocolate chips. Store in refrigerator. This is great with milk, yogurt, ice cream or dry.
