BLT DIP

“This is a great dip for large parties and can be used with a variety of breads
and/or crackers.” SHARI & MIKE CHAMBERLAIN
INGREDIENTS
Serves 12
2 cups mayonnaise-style salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
2 pounds bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Assorted crackers, sourdough rounds or Italian bread, for serving
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine the salad dressing and sour cream until well blended. Add the bacon and refrigerate overnight.
2. Just before serving, fold in the tomato and green onions, if desired. Serve with crackers or bread.

INGREDIENTS
Serves 8
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 (15-ounce) can Hormel No Beans Chili
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
Tortilla chips or Tostitos Scoops, for serving
PREPARATION
1. In a pie dish, layer the cream cheese, chili and cheese. Microwave for 3 minutes on high, then stir and microwave for 2 minutes more. Serve with tortilla chips.
