Italian Beef Sliders

INGREDIENTS
Serves 10 to 12
2 1⁄2- to 4-pounds boneless beef chuck roast 1 (14.5-ounce) can beef broth
1 packet Good Seasons salad dressing mix 1 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 cup water
1⁄2 (16-ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
1 loaf thinly sliced French bread, toasted and buttered
Shredded mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION
1. Combine the roast, beef broth, dressing mix, salt, water and pepperoncini in a slow cooker. Cook on high until the beef is tender, 5 to 6 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Using two forks, shred the beef.
3. Place half of the buttered bread slices on a baking sheet. Top with beef and cheese and bake just until the cheese is melted. Cover with the remaining bread slices and serve alongside any remaining cooking juices for dipping.
