Grandma's Apple Fritters
Vieira Family, Spotswood, NJ
“Grandma Joan was a great cook. Her apple fritters have made many bellies happy. I have fond memories of growing up and smelling the aroma of baking apples fill the house. And now I have made them for my own children through the years—a favorite of my daughters. Grandma Joan is no longer with us on earth, but her great recipes live on and it warms our hearts to remember
her and that her apple fritter tradition has moved on to the next generation.”
— Lisa Vieira
