1 (single-serve) container Dannon Oikos Triple Zero vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
6 large egg whites 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
1. Place the yogurt, oats, egg white, baking powder and cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high for 10 to 15 seconds.
2. Spray a griddle with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat.
3. Pour about 1⁄4 cup batter per pancake onto the hot griddle. Cook, flipping the pancakes over once tiny bubbles appear on the surface.
