Ingredients
Serves 12
1 cup Yoplait nonfat plain yogurt
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon kosher salt
12 boneless, skinless chicken breast strips (about 2 pounds total)
3 cups Progresso Italian bread crumbs
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil

Preparation
1. In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt, eggs, black pepper, Tabasco and salt. Add the chicken and stir to coat completely with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Place the bread crumbs on a plate or
in a shallow bowl. Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge each piece in the bread crumbs until completely coated. Spray the chicken generously with nonstick cooking spray and place
on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Roast until the chicken is cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, stir together the cayenne, brown sugar, garlic salt, paprika and oil until well mixed. Let the chicken cool for 2 minutes, then brush with the cayenne mixture and serve.
