Ingredients
Serves 4
Frozen breaded chicken
1⁄2 head iceburg lettuce, chopped
1⁄2 bag tortilla strips
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, sliced
1⁄4 cup Ken’s honey mustard dressing

Preparation
1. Cook the chicken according to the package instructions.
2. Place the lettuce, tortilla strips, beans, cheese, tomato and dressing in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss until combined. Serve immediately.
