An old family favorite!
INGREDIENTS
3⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄4 cup softened unsalted butter 1 egg
1⁄2 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1⁄2 tsp. salt
2 cups blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375˚ F.
2. In mixer, cream butter and sugar, then add egg.
3. Stir in remaining cake ingredients.
Crumb topping
1⁄2 cup sugar
1⁄3 cup flour
1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon
1⁄4 cup softened unsalted butter
4. Add blueberries and pour batter into greased 9-inch square pan.
5. In separate bowl, mix crumb topping ingredients with fork until crumbly, then sprinkle topping over top of batter.
6. Bake at 375° F for 45-50 minutes or golden brown.
