INGREDIENTS
1 pear, cut and seeded 2 tbsp. chia seeds 12-15 almonds
8 oz. almond milk
1 cup spinach or spring mix
1⁄4 cup raw oats
1⁄2 tsp. raw ginger
1⁄2 tsp. coconut meat or coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all other ingredients on the list in a blender, process for 40-60 seconds and you’re done!
