This easy, moist and delicious chocolate cake is a favorite of David’s as well as his mom’s!
INGREDIENTS
1 1⁄2 cups flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1⁄2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup sugar
6 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
2. In an ungreased 8 x 8 pan, sift flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda and sugar.
3. Make 3 wells and divide oil, vinegar and vanilla in each well.
4. Pour 1 cup of water over all. Mix with a fork.
5. Bake 30-40 minutes.
