INGREDIENTS
1 lb. 1 3⁄4 oz. grilled paneer
4 1⁄4 oz. sweet pepper
4 1⁄4 oz. julienned red onions
8 3⁄4 oz. asparagus
8 3⁄4 oz. induur curry sauce
3 tbsp. and 1 tsp. oil
1 tbsp. and 2 tsp. whole cumin seeds 3 tbsp. and 1 3⁄4 tsp. garlic powder
1⁄4 oz. garlic ginger paste
2 oz. frozen peas
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a preheated wok add oil, add cumin seed and let them pop.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a minute, add onion, lengthwise cut peppers, and stir fry. 3. Add 1 in dice paneer, asparagus, peas and spice mix. Cook for 5 min.
4. Incorporate curry sauce and let it come to the temperature and garnish with cilantro.
