I typically make these as a snack during the holidays or Patriots season and they are such a hit; I have to double the recipe every time I make them.
INGREDIENTS
18 oz. Cheddar Cheese Goldfish Crackers 1 envelope dry Ranch salad dressing mix 3 tsp. dill weed
1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
1⁄4 tsp. cayenne pepper 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the crackers in a large bowl.
2. In a smaller bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients.
Drizzle oil over the crackers and toss to coat evenly; pour this over crackers and toss gently.
3. Transfer to 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
4. Bake at 250˚ F for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
