Simple, delicious, hearty comfort stew. Perfect for fall & winter. Add your favorite salad, a warm baguette with olive oil for dipping or garlic butter. Wicked Good!!
INGREDIENTS
1⁄4 lb. mushrooms sliced
2 tbsp. butter
3 cups of 2” pieces of chopped broccoli 2 cups beef broth
1 lb. ground beef
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1⁄4 tsp. pepper
1 cup broken spaghetti
2 tbsp. cold water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In Dutch oven sauté mushrooms in butter until golden.
2. Add broth & bring to boil.
3. Combine beef, water, salt, pepper & shape into walnut size meatballs.
4. Drop into simmering broth. Simmer 10 minutes.
5. Stir in spaghetti, cover & check in 10 minutes.
6. Add broccoli, simmer 10 min or till tender.
7. Serve & sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
