This is a great summer salad, light and delicious and always a crowd pleaser!
INGREDIENTS
1 10 oz. package of spinach 1 quart strawberries
Dressing
1⁄3 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
1⁄4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1⁄4 tsp. paprika
1⁄2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 1⁄2 tsp. minced fresh onion
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine dressing ingredients and shake in container. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. Wash spinach.
3. Wash and slice strawberries.
4. Assemble all ingredients just before serving.
