Gluten free, low in fat and yummy!
INGREDIENTS
2 lb. ground chicken
1 cup Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. onion powder 1⁄4 tsp. oregano
1 egg beaten
Salt and pepper
1⁄4 tsp. chopped garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients gently and roll into balls.
2. Bake in your favorite tomato sauce at 375˚ F for 1 hour.
