CHOCOLATE SALTINE TOFFEE BARK
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. saltine crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 cups semisweet choco- late chips
1 Heat oven to 400°F.
2 Line a rimmed baking sheet with saltines in a single layer.
3 Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 3 minutes. Immediately pour over crackers and spread to cover completely.
4 Bake for 5-6 minutes.
5 Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Let sit 5 minutes.
6 Spread softened chocolate evenly. Allow to cool completely, about 25 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
