REALLY GOOD
CHEDDAR CHEESE
SPREAD

INGREDIENTS
Serves 6
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (8-ounce) container sharp cheddar cheese spread, such as Wispride, at room temperature
2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Crackers for serving,
such as Wheat Thins

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or preferably overnight.
2. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers on the side.
