WHITE BEANS

PREPARATION
1. Heat a thin ilm of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sir in the carrots and onion and simmer unil sotened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the beans and cook unil sot, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with toasted bread.

Olive oil 3 large carrots, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 (15-ounce) cans white beans Salt Ground black pepper Toasted bread, for serving
