CREAMY CRAB AND
ARTICHOKE DIP
KELLEY FAMILY, GARDNER, MA
INGREDIENTS
Serves about 6
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8-ounce) package flaked surimi, preferably Crab Delights
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup diced onion
PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in the remaining ingredients and transfer to a large pie plate or two small baking dishes.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until the center is hot and the top is bubbly.
