4. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the sauce with pepper and parsley (reserve some parsley for garnish). Cover to keep warm.
5. In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook the spaghetti according to the instruc- tions on the package until al dente. Just before drain- ing, add half a ladle of the cooking water to the pan with the sauce, then drain the pasta well.
6. Set the pan with the sauce over high heat, add the pasta and stir in the cream. Heat until everything is warmed through, 4 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
