Fruity Mango Roll-Ups
INGREDIENTS Serves 4
1⁄3 cup whipped cream cheese 2 burrito size flour tortillas
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into 1⁄2-inch-thick strips
2 kiwis, each peeled and cut into 8 wedges
2 tablespoons honey
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

PREPARATION
1. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tortillas and place the mango and kiwi over 2⁄3 of the surface.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the honey and cinnamon; drizzle over the fruit.
3. Roll the tortillas up tightly and squeeze gently to se- cure the ingredients. Cut the filled tortillas into 1⁄2-inch- thick slices.
