Old Bay Roasted Potatoes
INGREDIENTS Serves 4
1 pound boiled red bliss pota- toes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1⁄2 cup sliced white onion (cut into 1⁄2-inch-wide strips)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine, melted
2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, butter and Old Bay Seasoning and toss well to coat. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
