Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 loaf
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1⁄2 cup Crisco Shortening 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
l teaspoon baking powder 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
2 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until combined; transfer mixture to loaf pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, 60 to 75 minutes.
3. Let cool in the pan 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
