Better Butter Chicken Bowl

INGREDIENTS
Serves 10
Lime marinated red onions:
1 red onion, julienned Juice of 3 limes
Chicken marinade:
1 1⁄2 cups Dannon Oikos 0% Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1⁄2 tablespoons ground turmeric
2 tablespoons garam masala
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 pounds 10 ounces boneless skinless chicken thighs
Butter chicken sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1⁄2 cup (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter 2 cups diced yellow onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon diced roasted jalapeño
1 cup chicken stock
3⁄4 cup heavy cream
3⁄4 cup Dannon Oikos 0% Greek yogurt Salt
10 cups steamed basmati rice, for serving
1 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves, for garnish
