Maggi Snack Mix

INGREDIENTS
Serves 18
2 cups stout beer
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons Maggi Spicy Seasoning
2 tablespoons Maggi Thai-Style Green Curry Paste 1 tablespoon garlic powder
6 cups Rice Chex
1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
1 cup mini cheese crackers
1 cup mini pretzels
PREPARATION
1. In a saucepan, bring the beer to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil until reduced to 1 cup. Let cool.
2. Preheat oven to 250°F.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the reduced beer, butter, spicy seasoning, curry paste and garlic powder until combined. Add the Chex, cashews, crackers and pretzels and toss until evenly coated.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 1 hour, stirring the mixture every 15 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
