Grilled Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Serves 6
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme 1 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1⁄2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
PREPARATION
1. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic. Add the chicken and refrigerate overnight.
2. Preheat a grill for direct-heat cooking over medium-high heat. Cook until dark grill marks appear on both sides and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken registers 165°F.
