Hot Dog Casserole

easy to make and is inexpensive.” DIANNE SAGEHORN INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
1⁄2 (12- to 16-once) package bacon
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 (12- to 16-ounce) package hot dogs, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed tomato soup, plus 1⁄2 can water Mashed potatoes, steamed rice or cooked noodles, for serving
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a frying pan over medium-high heat, sauté the bacon and onion together until the onion is softened and translucent. Transfer to a baking dish and stir in the hot dogs, tomato soup and water.
3. Bake 30 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
