Roasted Pork Loin
Collyer Family | PEABODY, MA
“My mom has made this pork loin since I was a kid. As a picky eater, I looked forward to the yummy flavor of all the herbs and the roast’s own gravy served over mashed potatoes. I loved it on a cold winter day. I hope you enjoy it.” GINA COLLYER
