Curry Artichoke Cheese Dip

“This recipe was first served to us at a New Year’s Eve gathering and is special to our family, as everyone loves it. Also, no one else seems to really know about it, so it’s not like two of these show up at a party.” — Charlotte Hebert
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, curry powder and garlic powder together in a baking dish. Sprinkle more curry powder on top. Bake until the dip is golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Ingredients
Serves 6 to 8
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup nonfat or light mayonnaise
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1 teaspoon curry powder, plus more, for sprinkling
1 teaspoon garlic powder
