Chili
Cottage Cheese

Preparation
1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Then add the green, yellow and red bell peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes and green chilies, then add the paneer. Raise the heat to high and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the hot and sweet sauce, season with salt and serve hot.
Ingredients
Serves 6
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 yellow onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1⁄4 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into small cubes
1⁄4 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into small cubes
1⁄4 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into small cubes
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 green chilies, cut lengthwise into thin slices
About 7 ounces paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into cubes
2 tablespoons hot and sweet sauce
Salt
