Tinney's Lemon Pepper Chicken

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the chicken thighs in a shallow baking dish (glass works best but isn’t re- quired). Coat the chicken with oil or “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter.” Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and black pepper.
3. Bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 1 hour. Serve hot.
Note: This chicken pairs great with any veggie or salad side dish.

Serves 2 or 3
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Olive oil or “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”
Lemon pepper seasoning Ground black pepper
