Ingredients
Makes at least 24 protein balls
1 heaping cup Quaker Quick Oats
3⁄4 cup Teddy peanut butter
1⁄2 cup honey, plus more for drizzling
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 scoop whey protein powder (chocolate or plain flavor)
1⁄4 cup miniature chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation
1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together using a large spoon or your hands.
2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls or larger and place in an airtight container. Drizzle lightly with honey. Cover and refrigerate until set. Keep refrigerated.
