!Sabor! Chicken Enchilada Dip
Texas Pete
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the cream cheese, 1⁄2 cup of the Colby-Jack, mayonnaise, chiles, tomatoes, chicken, ¡Sabor! by Texas Pete, chili powder and cumin.
3. Spoon the mixture into an oven safe serving dish. Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and broil until golden brown.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
Serves 5 to 6
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
1 (4-ounce) can green chiles, chopped
1(14-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, drained
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
3 tablespoons ¡Sabor! by Texas Pete Mexican-Style Hot Sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin Tortilla chips, for serving
