Asian Slaw

Preparation
1. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, almonds, sunflower kernels and green onions. Crumble the noodles on top, reserving the seasoning packet.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and Equal.
3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and sprinkle with the contents of the seasoning packet. Toss well.

Serves 8
1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix
1⁄3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1⁄3 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
1 cup chopped green onions
1 (3-ounce) package beef flavor ramen noodles, uncooked
1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
10 packets Equal sweetener
