This is a perfect recipe for a party; it’s very simple, can be made in advance, ready in less than 10 minutes and guests love them! Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cup milk
2 tbsp. margarine
1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
4 bacon slices, crisply cooked and crumbled 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped (optional)
1⁄4 tsp. garlic salt
1⁄4 tsp. pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Bring milk and margarine to a boil over medium heat.
2. Add flour all at once, stirring until mixture forms a ball.
3. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time; blend until smooth.
4. Add cheddar cheese, bacon, green onion, garlic salt and pepper; mix well.
5. Drop by teaspoonful’s on greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350˚ F for 5-8 minutes.
