This is a family favorite. Simple but delicious.
INGREDIENTS
2-3 tbsp. oil
3-5 sliced fresh ginger root
2 lb. chicken wing segments
2-3 tbsp. oyster flavored soy sauce 1-2 tsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
1⁄4 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oil in pan with ginger root. Brown ginger then remove from oil.
2. Add chicken wings and brown.
3. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cover with lid. Cook on medium heat.
4. Once steam comes out from under lid, wait 1 minute.
Then remove from heat and serve as an appetizer or alongside white rice.
