A family favorite! Chops are moist and delicious with the sweetness of the peaches makes it a treat!
INGREDIENTS
Oil
1-2 eggs
4-6 bone-in pork chops Flour
Cornmeal
Parmesan cheese.
1 can or jar of peaches 1⁄4 cup peach juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar Pinch of ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
2. Heat oil of choice in a pan.
3. Mix an egg or two together and dredge pork chops in beaten eggs then dredge in mixture of flour, cornmeal and Parmesan cheese. No measurements necessary just use best judgment depending how many chops you are cooking.
4. Mix peaches, peach juice, brown sugar and ginger.
5. Brown both sides of chops in oil then brush with half of the peach sauce and bake 40 to 50 minutes, covered with foil. Brush with remaining sauce halfway through baking.
