My sister-in-law brought this over to our house over the Christmas holidays, and everyone in our family loves it, and I now bring it to social gatherings.
INGREDIENTS
16 oz. of hummus
1 jar (8 oz.) pesto
1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimento 6 oz. of crumbled feta cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Spread hummus at the bottom of a casserole dish.
2. Next layer on the pesto, then the pimento, and top if all off with the feta cheese.
3. Serve cold and enjoy.
