Filling, super healthy and feeds an army!
INGREDIENTS
2 15 oz. cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
2 15 oz. cans of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 15 oz. cans of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 1 red onion finely chopped
3-4 stalks of celery finely chopped
2 cups of loosely packed flat parsley (chopped)
3⁄4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 cup of granulated sugar
6 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of salt
1⁄2 - 1 tsp. of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix together and chill. 2. Enjoy.
