Award-Winning UMass Dining is proud to publish its 11th edition of the Taste of Home Cookbook, comprised of many incredible and delicious recipes from parents, guest chefs and partners. I would like to thank everyone who submitted their favorite dishes to us this year. We are on a mission to support local and regional food systems and raise the bar of campus dining. Of course, our program wouldn’t be the same without your involvement, so we thank you for your kind support. When you dine at UMass, you dine with family, as we are all part of the wider UMass community.
We look forward to using your special recipes at UMass and sharing them with food lovers far and wide.
