This recipe is easy and delicious. Our son, Michael (Class of 2019), introduced this recipe to us and it is now a family favorite!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. rotini pasta
1 lb. boneless chicken 1⁄2 lb. frozen spinach
7 oz. sundried tomatoes 8 oz. alfredo sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the pasta as directed. While pasta is cooking, cook the boneless chicken, (we like to grill it) and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. After the pasta is cooked and drained, add the frozen spinach, cover with the lid, and let it rest until spinach wilts.
3. Add the chicken, the entire jar of sun-dried tomatoes and the Alfredo sauce. Stir to combine.
