SAMOAS COOKIES
1⁄2 cup dates
1⁄2 cup toasted coconut flakes
Dark chocolate, melted, as needed
1 Chop the dates in a food processor. Add coconut and combine into a sandy consistency.
2 Form the biscuits in any shape you want. Chill for 1 hour.
3 Decorate the biscuits with melted chocolate.
