NATASHA’S BUFFALO CHICKPEAS
INGREDIENTS
4 15.5 oz. cans chickpeas, drained
4 tbsp. olive oil
Generous amount of seasoning (I use the brand “Dirt”, which can be substituted with Italian seasoning and
garlic powder)
1 cup Buffalo sauce
1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
2 Line a sheet pan with foil. Spread chickpeas on pan. Add oil and seasoning to pan and mix chickpeas to evenly spread the mixture. Try to prevent overcrowding.
3 Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4 Remove from oven and add Buffalo sauce, again mixing chickpeas for an even coating.
5 Return to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until you reach your desired level of crispiness. Serve as a snack, or as a topping on salads, grain bowls, etc.
