Welcome to UMass Dining Express, in partnership with the GET Mobile App, an online ordering system that allows you to order meals directly from your phone or computer and schedule a convenient pick-up time of your choosing. We understand you’re busy, so we are excited to make your dining experience much easier.

How do I download the app?

Download GET Food from the App Store / Download GET Food from Google Play
1.      Download the GET Mobile app on your phone
2.      Scroll down and select UMass Amherst
3.      Login with your UMASS net id and password
4.      Create a 4-digit Pin
5.      Update Contact Information
6.      You’re all set!

Add Funds
Are you all out of funds for UCARD or Dining Dollars? Parents, Staff, Faculty and Students can login to GET Food and deposit funds by managing their account:
1.      Select “Settings” when you click on the top right menu bar
2.      Select “Credit Cards” to add your personal card
3.      Easily deposit or transfer funds into your UCARD for immediate use!

Ok, I set-up and have funds. How do I order food from my phone?
1.      Place your order, select your pick-up location and time and pay with your UCARD
2.      Pick-up your food and enjoy!

How do I order from my computer?
