POPOVERS

INGREDIENTS
Makes 12 popovers
3 large eggs 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons melted butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup flour

tftttPREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Have a cooling rack ready.
2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs slightly and then whisk in the milk, butter and salt. Mix in the flour just until incorporated.
3. Divide the batter among the muffin cups. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are well browned. Remove popovers from the oven and unmold on the cooling rack.
